    Totally Awesome. So would you change anything if you were just sending out feelers for a particular area? That is, you didn’t have an asset waiting in the wings for that particular niche/city…and were going to show them an example of the same niche/different city already done?

    Norene,
    If I didn’t have one for that city, I’d use an alternate one (in the same niche) to demonstrate it, so they can see what is about to be published and that will be plenty for me to use to close a deal.

    Hey Ben,
    Will you be giving us tips on how to respond when the potential clients call us back or they leave a time for us to call them?
    I am following what you did in this video and have gotten over 30 emails from manta to target for my digital asset. Thanks for that great tip.

    Thanks in advance

    Lanre,
    I will cover more on the response end as we progress the next few days. But to keep you from stalling, there is only one way to respond, that is to get on the phone, and if you can, get them in front of a computer and walk them through a 5-minute demonstration and then it’s simply asking for the money!

    Hey Ben,

    When you send out the email, is it a generic personal gmail account or from your own marketing agency email address?

    Do we want to come in under the radar or do we want to look professional and send from an yourname@yourmarketingcompany.com

    I have some similar emails, however I will be trying yours just would like to know where to send from, please and thank you bro!

    Awesome content Ben! You are a very good instructor and explain the process very well.

    @eugene
    The 5 minute process is that of showing them the asset you have that they may benefit from.

    @Norm
    I like to keep it cool and use a personal (but not ridiculous) email like BenLittlefield123@gmail.com (not my real email – sorry stalkers – hahaha)

    Just don’t use anything like “sexydude88@aol.com” – because who uses aol anymore? 😉

    @mike
    Thanks man! I Appreciate it!

    I like the Digital Landlord motif. That coupled with the 4 Questions
    1. What’s working?
    2. Where are you now?
    3. Where do you want to be?
    4. Want me to help you get there?
    Sheesh, what biz owner would not want to be on 1st page Google search?

    After watching all 5 Days, plus How videos, I am still not at all sure how to:
    – Create the Digital landscape landing/info pages
    – Once pages created, how to get on page 1 Google.
